These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b6vip governing your access to and use of the b6vip online betting platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
The six most important points every b6vip member must understand before using the platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use b6vip. Providing false age information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on b6vip. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with funds subject to review prior to any release.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Full bonus terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum limits apply per method.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules and procedures.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and maintain an active b6vip Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:
2.2 b6vip reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the b6vip Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. b6vip employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, b6vip may close all associated accounts and withhold any Funds pending investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. The name registered on your b6vip Account must match the name on the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. b6vip recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. You must notify b6vip's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account Currency. All b6vip Accounts operate in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR. b6vip does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency through its standard payment channels.
3.5 Account Maintenance. b6vip reserves the right to treat Accounts as inactive where no login or transactional activity has occurred for a continuous period of 180 days. b6vip may apply administrative fees to inactive accounts in accordance with its prevailing Inactive Account Policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any fee being applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. b6vip supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's Account balance in real time. b6vip does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's registered bank account or e-wallet. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour for transfers initiated during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of standard hours may be processed on the next business day. b6vip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform's Cashier page. b6vip may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly where KYC verification has not yet been completed.
4.5 Transaction Fees. b6vip does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees, for which b6vip accepts no liability.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. b6vip may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to its Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will count proportionally toward satisfaction of the wagering requirement.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. b6vip reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes across multiple accounts, delaying wagers to exploit bonus terms, registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, or using automated betting systems to fulfil wagering requirements.
5.4 Right to Refuse or Cancel. b6vip reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any bonus from any Member at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a detailed explanation. Members who repeatedly claim bonuses without engaging in genuine recreational betting activity may be excluded from future promotions.
5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted per promotional period. b6vip employs technical measures to detect attempts to circumvent this restriction.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is considered placed and accepted only when it appears in the Member's Account bet history with a unique transaction reference ID. b6vip reserves the right to reject or cancel any bet at its sole discretion prior to settlement, particularly where odds have been incorrectly displayed or where technical errors have occurred.
6.2 Bet Settlement. All sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the Badminton World Federation for badminton). Casino games are settled immediately according to game outcomes determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are settled based on official results published by the relevant lottery operator.
6.3 Odds and Results. While b6vip makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of odds and results displayed on the Platform, occasional errors may occur. b6vip reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds, settlement, or account crediting at any time, including after a bet has been settled. Where a bet is settled incorrectly due to an obvious error, b6vip will correct the settlement and adjust the Member's Account balance accordingly.
6.4 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided and stakes refunded where the event or game on which the bet was placed is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or otherwise materially altered. Specific void rules for individual sports and game types are published in the Platform's Betting Rules section.
6.5 Live Betting. During live betting (in-play betting), odds and market availability change dynamically based on the state of play. b6vip reserves the right to suspend betting temporarily during live events at any time, particularly following significant in-game incidents. Bets placed during a suspension period may be rejected.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b6vip Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, with any associated Funds being subject to forfeiture pending investigation:
7.2 b6vip employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works in partnership with third-party security providers to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, b6vip may share relevant information with law enforcement authorities and other online gaming operators as permitted by applicable data protection regulations.
8.1 Verification Requirement. b6vip is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To fulfil these commitments, b6vip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of address before being permitted to withdraw funds above specified thresholds.
8.2 Acceptable Documents. Proof of identity may be provided by uploading a clear colour photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of address may be provided via a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing the Member's registered residential address. All documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered.
8.3 Verification Timeframe. b6vip aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Where documents are rejected due to illegibility or insufficient detail, the Member will be notified via email and invited to resubmit acceptable documentation.
8.4 Refusal to Verify. If a Member refuses or fails to complete KYC verification when requested, b6vip reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals indefinitely until verification is satisfactorily completed.
9.1 The b6vip Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b6vip makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform, and specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 b6vip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: losses resulting from Platform downtime, data loss, connection failures, software errors, or third-party service interruptions.
9.3 b6vip is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, strikes, war, terrorism, or pandemics.
9.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b6vip's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Member during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 b6vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with internationally recognised data protection standards and as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 b6vip employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers located in jurisdictions with robust data protection frameworks.
10.3 b6vip will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, b6vip may share data with trusted service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, customer support platforms) to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
11.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting b6vip's customer support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Account balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or KYC verification.
11.2 b6vip-Initiated Closure. b6vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where b6vip has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of an Account, all rights granted to the Member under these Terms immediately terminate. The Member may no longer access the Platform or any services associated with it. Clauses relating to limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude due to responsible gaming concerns may activate self-exclusion through the Account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be blocked from all betting activity and the Member will be excluded from receiving promotional communications.
12.1 b6vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to Members via email to the registered email address on file, and a notice will be displayed prominently on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the effective date of the change.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
12.3 The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the current version of the Terms.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, those mandatory provisions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
13.3 Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
